Welcome to a new school year! I am so excited to be preparing for another year teaching general music for Kindergarten through 5th grade. I know that for many of you, the music program at YSCP is familiar. But for those of you who may be new to our school, here are some quick facts. In music class, the students will learn to:

One big change in our schedule this year is explained in the virtual open house video. I will only be teaching students at the school as well as remote learners in second and third grades for the first marking period. This is to minimize my contact with others throughout the school community due to COVID-19.
I will teach Kindergarten and 1st grade students throughout the second marking period of the year, and work during the final marking period with fourth and fifth grade students. I hope you and your students are looking forward to learning something new about music! |
